Overview

Kiara, or as she likes to be called Ki, is an agent of chaos. Typically found in reckless abandon in search of some way to feed her curiosity. She was born to the the Shepard Gabriella Versi and the Vampire Queen Rowan Peregrine. This unique combination seems to have turned her into some anomaly of the life stream. 

 She posits it was her grandmother that urged the union with the singular goal to create said anomaly, though it nearly ended the life of her and her birth mother.  

 Kiara herself is quite timeless, having seen and done much in the endless universe of stories. And many different "versions" of herself have come together in harmony and memory.  

   

   

   

 SPOILERS BELOW 

 

 Baby Kiara. Known for her giggles and bright eyes she is ever watchful and intelligent as along with her spirit companions learn and grow. 

 Golden City Kiara. As the Stargazer of the others and the Shepard of the Future she is revered and also prosecuted highly for her actions. It is this Kiara that learns of the "secret" of the others and her nature. She sets in motion the sundering of her memories. 

 KiKi. Always the explorer she is getting into constant trouble throughout the Verse. This is the first Kiara that manages to slip into the echo of her mother during The Communal, and is the first one to make contact with her family. 

 Queen of Stars. An amalgamation of Kiki and the Golden City Kiara, the Queen of Stars sits atop her throne in the Golden City while scheming to bring their downfall. The Queen of Stars is the Kiara that further ruptures the echo. 

 "Future". Pulled unwillingly into the echo and the most knowledgeable of the Others ploy, she is in a war with her own birth mother to bring the downfall of the Others who are using her and her mother to stay connected to the Material planes. Its this Kiara that is second to meet her family. This Kiara is an entirely different multi-verse Kiara that has no ties to the others. This provided her with a unique opportunity. 

 SPOILERS: While she does not know it, her path will lead her to realize that the combination of both, her being a memory and the vampire blood seems to have fused her being as a memory in her families blood. This will eventually lead to the downfall of the Versi but save her from being torn asunder in the process. Her mother believes that should the others fall, then Kiara will die along with them and so feels indebted to them.
